On April 4, a meeting was held between the management and employees of the of Azerbaijan Creative Industries Federation and the State Agency on Vocational Education.
At the meeting, relevant and important sectoral issues in the field of planning and organization of education on creative specialties in the field of vocational education in Azerbaijan were discussed. Vasif Eyvazzade, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Azerbaijan Creative Industries Federation, informed about the organization’s activities and emphasized the growing need for creative professions in the context of the fourth industrial revolution and the opportunities and challenges it brings, and emphasized the importance of these professions in terms of taking a place in the labor market and providing employment opportunities, as well as professional education in creative fields. especially in the regions, he noted the need for cooperation in order to organize it more harmoniously and qualitatively.
The head of the State Agency on Vocational Education, Jeyhun Karamov, spoke about the issues related to the Agency’s field of activity and the projects currently being implemented in this field, in addition to increasing the general indicators of participation in vocational education in Azerbaijan, stated that the execution of joint activities with the Federation and through it representatives of the creative private sector was expedient in order to achieve more efficient results related to creative professions.
As a result of the meeting, an agreement was reached on mutual cooperation with the State Agency on Vocational Education in order to increase the quality and availability of vocational education in creative fields.
