Azerbaijan Creative Industries Federation participated in important international events last week. Thus, the Chairman of the Board of the Federation, Vasif Eyvazzade, participated in the Forum of the UN World Tourism Organization held in Nara, Japan. Within the framework of the visit, a meeting and discussions were held with Zurab Pololikashvili, the Secretary General of the World Tourism Organization, and Hiroo Saionji, the president of the influential Goi Peace Foundation in Japan.
Also, Telman Malikzadeh, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Federation, participated as a speaker at the OIC Youth Campus, the last event at Kazan – Youth Capital 2022, at the invitation of the Youth Forum of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and the Ministry of Youth of Tatarstan. At his speech, current practices on creative cities for sustainable urban development, organization of creative hubs, zones, and growing role of creative industries in the new transformation environment were presented.
