Business Support Organizations’ Tour organized to Estonia within EU4Business project

On May 22-26, within the framework of #EU4Business project, Business Support Organizations’ Tour was organized to Estonia together with representatives of our country’s business support organizations to study digital development and startup ecosystem of the country.

During the visit, in order to familiarize with the Estonian experiences in proactive digital management, e-services, startups, creative industries and creative spaces, CIVITTA Consulting, Estonian Business and Innovation Agency, Startup Estonia, Creative Estonia, Enterprise Estonia, E-Estonia, Pöhyala creative hub, Telliskivi creative city and their residents, and Tallinn creative incubator were visited by the tour participants. Also the tour participants had the privilege of attending the official opening of the flagship Startup and Techevent #latitude59 where the President of Estonia, Mr. Alar Karis and CEO of Latitude59 Madame Liisi Org made opening speeches.

Using this opportunity, also the acquaintance with the experience of Tallinn as a creative city of UNESCO on the theme of music was realized. Through interesting conversation with Mrs. Marye Toemae, the head of the culture department of the city hall, conversation was conducted about the activities of the city within the framework of the UNESCO creative cities network, activities, projects, events for the promotion of music as an art and industry, and the possibilities of joint cooperation discussed.
